Mask (仮面, Kamen) is the sixteenth episode of GARO: Makai Flash Knight. Red Mask's identity is revealed in this episode.
Synopsis[]
Rei encounters a powerful mechanical beast, and is only barely able to defeat it with the help of another Makai Knight. Determined to get to the bottom of this, he enlists the help of Kouga to find out more about their seals of destructions.
Summary[]
Koori is battling a Tekki, when he is joined by Rei. The pair seemingly defeat the Tekki. When their guard is down, the Tekki kills Koori and manages to escape a the Seal of Destruction prevents Rei from chasing it.
Kaorus agent chases her for the ending of her picture book. As Kaoru finds her inspiration, Leo finds her and tells her that he is going away for a while.
Rei informs Kouga of the death of Koori. The pair discover that the Seal of Destruction is a timer for when the Makai Knights will be killed, but are not sure of what day it is. They subsequently leave to hunt the Tekki.
At the site of the battle, previously visited by Leo, the pair discover a manmade fragment of the Tekki and follow the trail from the fragments radiation. The trail leads them to a warehouse, where they confront the Man in the Red Mask. They battle and army of Gōryū. As the battle continues, Garo and Zero battle the Man in the Red Mask as he pilots Rigal. Kouga manages to remove the mask revealing a man who looks like Leo. The man asks not to be called by that name as he escapes.
